Had to share this sketch, a scene that takes place much later in my fic "Integration". It's really no secret since most of you guys who have followed my artwork for a while, already know that my original character, Erie Lindemann is also Freakazette (My own little version of the canon Freakazette from Freakazoid!)

Erie surprised Freak with their first kiss...and here you thought he'd be the one to try it out first but being gun shy from his last failed relationship made him reluctant to initiate. Despite being willful and fiercely independent, Erie has come to terms with her feelings for Freakazoid and being impulsive as usual, couldn't take anymore of the unrequited sexual-tension between them and let him have it, so to speak.. heh.

After Freak recovers from his initial shock, he's like "woah, wait wait.. lemme try that again..." and then he grabs her and pulls her closer into a deeper, more passionate, kiss.

..and well, you know what that leads to later on...

(grins) You draw the cutest kisses! ^^ Noticed the Freaka-lightning-bolt in Erie's hair before I read the description, mostly because it looks really nice, you've got it going with the contours of her hair yet distinctive - very nice! And it makes sense Erie would make the first move, as opposed to our favorite, if somewhat shy, freak.

Well, since the integration, Freakazoid's personality is bit more subdued by Dexter's influence so he's a bit more reserved about certain things. That, by no mean, detracts the Freak we all know and love, it just makes him a little more human, more suspectible to his emotions and with usual touch of insecurity that all people struggle with. It makes things interesting and I'm looking forward to exploring the new Freakazoid once I've completed the story thread in which he's comatose.
